Likely: There is little available data on pre-exposure use of anti-rabies vaccines. None of the commonly references list it as an drug to be avoided. Given the importance of anti-rabies globulin and vaccine after a risky exposure and severity of the disease, it's use would be considered advisable. The same issue arises in pregnancy where it is considered safe.
