Diet & exercise: Nutrients like fish oil, magnesium, zinc, selenium, vitamins A, D & E can help your husband's sex drive. So a healthy diet is vital. Thirty minutes of aerobic exercise daily can also help. Taking your time with each other in a nice environment with soft music and foreplay may help. However, the betablocker may be exacerbating his problem & so this should be discussed with the prescribing doctor.
