Vaginal dryness and luck of libido are my problems. should i use estrogen pessary for dryness or progesterone bioidentical cream for libido or both ?

Hormones help: Given your symptoms, i agree that a combination of an estrogen and progestogen would probably help. Ideally, the lowest effective dose should be used. There's still no valid literature stating that "bioidentical" hormones have any advantage over standard preparations.
