it is difficult for me to pass a stool and when i do its small and only after three days, im 8 and a half months pregnant is this normal?

Constipation: Constipation is a very common symptom in pregnancy. Be sure to stay well hydrated. Eat plenty of fiber. Your doctor can give you other suggestions and possible treatments to improve constipation until you deliver your baby.
