Unlikely due to him: At present, there is no firm evidence for a twin gene.If anything, mothers that are prone to release more than one egg at a time may pass this on, but this would not influence your case. It might be possible that he could pass the extra egg release tendency to his own girls, but that would be his grand kids. I would not plan on twins. It might happen at the same rate as the regular population.
