Treat chlamydia: Chlamydia and gonorrhea can be easily treated with antibiotics. The longer the delay in treatment, the more likely there will be difficulty getting pregnant or progression to pelvic inflammatory disease. This will not go away without treatment.

They won't: Failure to treat can lead to infertility and or put you in the hospital with severe pelvic inflammatory disease.
