Most likely hemorrho: Short answer to a short history, most likely you have Hemorrhoids. Diagnosis will have to be confirmed after Examination, possibly lower Endoscopy, depending on the history. For a starter High Fiber diet is recommended, 35 gms/day for male, 25 gms forFemale, may need supplements. Increase water intake, treat constipation. R/O polyps, esp. if you have +ve family history of polyps.

Doctors can examine: Each person with constipation needs to be sure there is no other disease causing it. If constipation is just due to slow movement of the food and poop through the gut, then the things to try are vegetables, water, fiber with water, prune juice, prunes, polyethylene glycol, Senokot or other senna, milk of magnesia, other laxatives... A doctor can evaluate and consider meds like Linzess.

Exam plus: high fiber diet, 8-10 8oz glasses od water/G daily, 30-45 minutes of high and low impact aerobics. You will need a rectal exam, ColoGiard and hemoccilt .I would suggest anoscopy, sigmoidoscpy or colonoscopy.
