Is it possible to have symptoms of hiv and still test negative after a year and two months of possible high risk expose?

No, not possible: With any standard HIV blood or oral fluids test, negative results more than 6-12 weeks after your last possible exposure prove you do not have HIV, no matter the symptoms. It doesn't mean anything to say someone has "symptoms of HIV". Identical symptoms occur in many other medical conditions. Believe your test results and work with your doctor or clinic to determine the cause. It's not HIV.
