Occasionally when i stand my hr will drop initially then increase like it should about 5-10 sec later?

Delayed action: This is a slight delay before the body sensors react to a mild drop in blood pressure which triggers an increase in heart rate. Since you apparently don't develop significant drops in blood pressure with lightheadedness or true tachycardia, I see no serious problem in this postural reaction.
