More info needed: Are you doing sit up training? Is so shorten your sets and reduce number at one time by 25_50% adding extra sessions during day. Is your sitting posture a slouch? Sit up straight, feet on a block 8-12 inches. You are straining the ‘abs’ by something you are doing. Examine this and re submit. Good luck
