My partner has pathological jealousy. what can i do? what should help?

Choices: You can get couples therapy and sort out the issues or just get out before it turns abusive/deadly. Jealousy originats from the insecurities of the individual, and their perception of how you relate to others. Unless & until they get this issue sorted out it will not change & you are loosing time you could devote to your own life.
