Hello i'm wondering if you can give me some advice on a down syndrome avsd pulmanary artories unborn baby?

Consult a geneticist: About 1/3 of DS babies will have one of many heart defects, the most common called an AV canal. Most are amenable to open heart surgery. The presence or absence of a heart defect does not increase or decrease their risk of the other common defects in DS patients. You should consult with a geneticist who can provide you with risk numbers based on your own data.
