Bcp absorbed ? : Even with a "missed pill" or more, unless you miss more than five or so, ovulation is still not going to occur: after the active bcp's, the placebos are taken for seven days, which contain no estrogen or progesterone. Missed pills may cause bleeding, like they do at the end of any normal cycle, but pregnancy will not occur with missing one or more.
