Possibly: If only the virus enters your blood stream from some open lesion in your lips, it's possible to get infected. However the infected person would also have to have an open sore on his lips or mouth as hiv is not otherwise felt to be transmitted in saliva. Otherwise in my opinion transmission would be unlikely. An infectious disease specialist would be most qualified to answer your question,however.
