No: You have virtually no risk in catching HIV even if you kiss that person. It will even be more unlikely that the virus would survive the alcohol.

No: HIV is transmitted through blood and body fluids. Drinking or eating after a person with HIV can not cause transmission. Even kissing a person with HIV is unlikely to cause transmission unless both persons have open sores in the mouth and there is some blood exchange.
