Gum disease: It sounds like you may have gum disease or possibly a gum infection. You need to see a dentist as soon as possible.

Advanced gum disease: Gum disease has been associated with heart disease, stroke, kidney & liver damage, pre-term low birth weight babies, and so many other inflammatory problems. Your infection will not self cure. Pills, politics, snake oil, OTC's , herbals,etc., will not affect a cure. You need immediate dental care, preferably by a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist. Do not put off a visit.
