Go to ER now: The first thing an er doc would ask him/herself is: "does this woman have an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy?" and the first test they would perform is a preg test. Ectopic refers to a pregnancy that is not in the uterus and is an emergency. If pregnant they'd verify location, if not then we can sift through the other possibilities for your bleeding: infection, ovarian cyst, normal pregnancy, etc.
