Not yet: Place a warm compress on the area to allow the pore to open and naturally express itself and it’s contents out. This is the way for the hair to come out as well as the infected contents. Draw a line around the red area with a marker. If the redness spreads beyond the line, you need to see a doctor for possible antibiotic pills instead of a cream. Do not try and pick at the area as well.
