Not particularly: Anyone whith a past history of a cold sore, even if it never recurs, will have IgG to HSV1. MGUS has unknown significance & is usually benign.

After 4 months, I did a STD panel including HSV-1& 2. All came negative except HSV-1 IgG test came high positive(22.5). HSV-2 IgG negative. I am really worried, if I have oral herpes. I have no symptoms or had any outbreaks ever. Can I transmit it?
