Passing stool normally and not constipated but abdominal x-ray still shows bits of fecal matter. could this be a cause of chronic morning nausea ?

It is normal: for an abdominal x-ray to show scattered fecal matter throughout the colon...your GI system is constantly processing what you ingest and forming feces. As long as it is not an abnormal amount of feces identified on the x-ray, and there are no signs of intestinal obstruction, your morning nausea is probably due to another cause.
