Spurious diarrhea: Some time liquid stool goes around impaction and produces spurious diarrhea. It would be prudent to consult your doctor, to rule out this condition.

Sounds like IBS: I think you might have Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Would increase fiber in diet and take fiber supplement and if not better see a GI doctor.
