Breast reduction: Breast reduction surgery has nothing to do with the onset of vaginal bleeding or your period. If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG level to make certain, and if positive, see your gyn provider immediately, since pregnancies in the tube (ectopic) need immediate attention, as they may rupture and cause heavy internal bleeding.
