No.look-Homeopathic : Stimulates release of GABA and inhibits it's reuptake in the brain. They contain iridoid triesters difficult to standardize dosage's. They have weak sedative, antidepressant, and anti-convulsant, anti-spasmodic effects.[sakamoto, 1992]. Studies are of questionable quality. Valerian has been used in france&germany in homeopathic medicine for years. Not enough space to explain further.
