I've been having a severe headache for the last 15 minutes. it's the worst headache of my life. what do i do?

ER can evaluate now: Most people have a headache at some time, such as from colds and flus, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Several over-the-counter options include Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin, Aleve, Excedrin, and their generic brands. However, "the worst headache of my life" is generally examined by an Emergency Room, as a very serious problem can be the cause.
