Severe headache lasting days. sinuses hurt! just came off allergies/cold. worst headache of my life. not usually prone to migraines.

Possible sinusitis: Try short term (no more than 2 days in a row) use of afrin nasal spray to see if you get immediate relief of sinus pain (assuming sinus pain). May add a decongestant like Mucinex (guaifenesin) d. Don't use either if you have hypertension. Continue use of Ibuprofen as well as needed for pain. Use nasal saline to help wash nasal passages out as well. If no better in a few days, see your doctor.
