Pregnant: If the "period on June 18" was at the same time as the one in May (about mid-month or so in May) the probable date of conception was in the 28th or 29th of June. Sperm can live for about 48-72 hours, and you probably ovulated shortly after the 18th of June, so "10 weeks by ultrasound" of pregnancy would be approximately the end of August, give or take a few days.
