No if normal menses: If menses is regular and normal it is highly unlikely that ovulation is goind to occur the first 3 days of menstrual cycle. Ovulation typically occurs on day 14 of the menstrual cycle but can occur day 9-20. The female egg or follicle lives only 24hours and if no sperm fertilize it then it is washed through the female reproductive organs and the next normal menses begins.

Highly unlikely: If you have 28 d cycles and 7 0r less day periods--no chance! for pregnancy. If your cycles are shorter or long periods then the risk goes up. You are probably safe.

Am I pregnant: This is unlikely to have caused pregnancy. But, that is dependent on if your period was on time and was of a length that is normal for you. You are most likely to be fertile in the middle of your regular menstrual cycles.

No : First, \it is important to know if it is 3 days after d1 of your cycle, so always speak in terms of d1 being the first day you have any bleeding. Ovulation occurs 11 to 14 days before your menses arrives. So if it is 3 days after the start of your cycle you are unlikely to become pregnant unless you only have 17 days from the start of one cycle until the start of another.

Very unlikely: 28 day cycles with a period less than 7 days its highly unlikely you would ovulate at this time.

Sure: Sure. Anyone having sex without condoms or birth control can get pregnant. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.

Very unlikely but...: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception may possibly have occurred), or 1 week after missing a withdrawal period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her regular withdrawal periods, then she is not pregnant.

Maybe: Any time you have unprotected sex you risk pregnancy. Women's cycles are not always as regular as they think, and in a given month someone may ovulate early or late.
