Chaga's Disease: Not always easy to know because so many states have discontinued Chaga's surveillance. I believe that there are only about 6 states that are doing surveillance. Of an estimated 300,000 people in the US who have been affected, it has likely been brought by people who migrated to the US from endemic areas. Most are old cases.
