Need testing: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. If you have not had any sexual contact then an STD is not likely. You may just have a small cystic lesion. A doctor will need to take a look to know what advice to give
