Not worth mentioning: At age 19 you are done growing taller and your bone age should be that of an adult. Estradiol has a peripheral role in maintaining bone health but not something I would try to suppress for such a complaint. If you have man boobs due to excess levels you need to have the issue evaluated by your doc. Injected testosterone or medical problems can be the origin.
