Adhd?: Not sure what your actual diagnosis was, since u r taking a mood stabilizer lamictal, or what the dosage is, but please review with you doctor the possible dose adjustment.

Talk to psychiatrist: Your symptoms suggest a mood disorder which is not adequately treated, or side effects from adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). See your psychiatrist asap. The doctor will probably adjust dosages of medication, or may add something else.
