See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the only test you may need is to periodically check for TSH levels to ascertain that your Levothyroxin dose is okay.

I have hypothyroidism. Elevated TSH. Normal T3 and T4. Antibody test was negative. Endocrinologist still refers to it as Hashimotos and says that's "most likely" the cause. Why would that be if I have no antibodies?
