I stuck ear cotton bud inside my penis hole,i removed it,i am not sure that cotton completely came or some percent got stuck, now i feel so pain,burn?

Expected reaction: That hole is not somewhere you put a cotton bud. In doing so you scrape the sensitive lining and trigger swelling and irritation internally. It will likely self heal over several days. It may be easier to pee if you do so in a bathtub surrounded by warm water, which helps you relax while the pain is felt. Avoid repeating this in the future.
