Pelvic mass : If you are pregnant and bleeding with pain and a pelvic mass then urgent medical evaluation is needed. Your doctor will need to verify that you are pregnant and that the pregnancy is located inside of the uterus. They need to rule out an ectopic pregnancy as a cause as this can be an emergency. Once that issue is resolved then they will need to evaluate and determine the cause of the pelvic mass
