Which one ?: You need sputum culture to find out what kind of antibiotic you need . May have pneumonia or bronchitis type thing. Go to urgent care. Probably need chest x-ray , blood test .

Screening test: Please see a physician for evaluation of a possible pulmonary infection. If you have nasal congestion, use nasal saline and mist humidification to reduce post nasal drip/cough. A tablespoon of honey and drinking fluids may also relieve your symptoms. Screening tests include COVID 19 and a sputum analysis.
