I work shifts which rotate every single week so sleeping patterns need to be adjusted weekly - is there anything i can take to help sleep? i find that i'm sleeping less and i'm more irritated and non-productive most of the time.

SWD- lot of research: Shift workers are exposed to certain diagnoses including cancer. Sleep is vital for brain health. Try melatonin 5-10 mg as needed. Valerian root tincture also may be used.
