CD 38 negative good : CD 38 expression as novel prognostic indicator.Cell surface expression of CD 38 in CLL has been recogniszed recently as marker of progressive disease & poor outcome. In contrast to traditional staging systems CD 38 is able to identify progressive cases at an early stage. Ask your doctor about other details & treatment. CD negative has good prognosis.
