It depends of Stage: CLL has a variable course which depends on the stage of disease. The percentage of patients who die from CLL are those who have stage 3-4 which means they have Anemia, Low platelets, Enlarged spleen and big lymph nodes. Majority of such patients are at risk for dying although they can still live over 5 years if treated properly. survival has improved greatly with recent availability of New drugs
