Lots of options: Generally we avoid Diflucan in pregnancy although the risk is low and sometimes it is used in specific circumstances. Topical antifungals are available over the counter and via prescription. If you had an allergic reaction to Monistat your doctor could select another option. Most yeast infections resolve on their own as well so some may choose to not treat it all if symptoms are not severe.
