Yes: Vaginal yeast infestions are common, and are even more common in pregnancy. Monistat is one of the over-the-counter anitfungals currently available and yes it is safe to use during pregnancy. Gyne-lotrimin and vagistat (tioconazole) are also available and are safe as well. If these don't work (you may not have yeast), or if the infection returns soon after treatment see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
