Threatened abortion: Spotting during pregnancy is not normal and can be the sign of a "threatened abortion" or a possible miscarriage. It is also possible that you may have some blood in your urine due to the UTI. I would recommend urgent follow up with your ob/gyn for bloodwork (a beta-HCG level) as well as an ultrasound.
