Past 2 week i have twitching in right head above ear..usually it start evening time...it come and go,. almost every days it effect...is it ok?

Unclear question: There is very little muscle in the scalp above the ear, so it is not clear as to what is twitching. If the twitching does not get worse, and does not spread to other sites, you may just watch and wait.
