Hormone imbalance: The first concern should be to rule out pregnancy with a pregnancy test. Secondly, have your daughter see a GYN MD if her periods remain absent for a total of 3 months as there may be an ovarian cyst or other issues producing hormones that have interrupted her menstrual cycle.
