For the past 6 days i have had pain in my chest intermittently. i noticed it appears to come on when elevating my left arm above my heart. also my tinnitus has begun to pulsate to the beat of my heart. anything to worry about or is it just stress?

Chest pain: There are many reasons to have chest pain including anginal (heart) pain, reflux disease or muscle pain. As a physician we are always most concerned about the heart first when a patient complains about chest pain. You should see your doctor and have a full history and physical exam completed to see if any additional testing is needed. Hope that helps!
