I was vaccinated with hepatitis a and b 3 days ago. today, i had blood samples taken and found ggt level is up to 200. are these correlated?

Unlikely: Neither of these vaccines has a live virus and would not raise GGT. Did you drink alcohol? if you did that is a likely explanation.
