Is ok for a woman to wash with or do bath soaks with baking soda? if so, what are the benefits? if any?

Baking soda Baths: Well let me say this: bathing with baking soda is safe and harmless for your body, but could cause more intensification of dryness. There is really no use in bathing in baking soda (unless you’re trying to cook bread.) Seriously, the best way to bathe is with a mild soap and water but not too frequently. Usually dermatologists such as myself recommend Dove as the standard.
