Speech/language eval: In the USA it is routine for decades for anyone as young as 3 to be evaluated for these speech/language delays by the Child Find program of local school districts. This is something you should pursue, along with a hearing evaluation through your local healthcare system.

Delayed speech: Please have your son evaluated by doctors for both speech and hearing. This may lead to speech therapy or child psychology or both. Lots of reasons to be hopeful if you get help. Peace and good health.
