Do i need meds to cure ocd? can i do it another way? if i dont act on compulsions i feel sick. use disinfectant wipes and wash hands a lot.

Psychiatric: Your best bet is to consult a psychiatrist who has special interest on OCD. Both behavior modification and medication will likely be needed.

OCD: can be treated by a clinical psychologist who specializes in OCD. Please consult your state psychological association for a referral. I am cautious about meds, but there is data that antidepressants can be helpful, not used to help depression but to help OCD. You can see if one or the other mentioned above is most helpful or a combo of both. "The Boy who Couldn't Stop Washing" is a good book.
