Well, maybe . . .: You might have ocd if you have dominating and intrusive thoughts that cause a lot of anxiety, and then you repeat behaviors (e.g., hand washing ordering, etc.) in order to prevent or reduce distress. But, there is more than this to an actual diagnosis of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Your psychiatrist/psychologist can help.

Seek psych eval'n: The symptoms you describe could be consistent w/ the diagnosis of ocd: best to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist to make the DX and prescribe a course of treatment, which could include medication, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and ocd support group.

Yes but don't worry: There are other ways to face and overcome anxiety or depression stay active, simplify your life, think of your priorities and what's important in your life, watch comedy shows on youtube or movies, smile/ laugh more often, consult with a psychiatrist or psychologist, do slow deep breathing exercises etc live and enjoy each moment with your loved ones for tomorrow may not come .
