See ur obstetrician: or go to ER or urgent care, you could be having 'hyperemesis gravidarum' a condition of exaggerated morning sickness that needs medical attention, you may need to have intravenous fluids and some blood tests. Wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
